Summer Ridge is located in the beautiful city of Sammamish, Washington approximately 20 miles east of Seattle.  There are 356 houses in seven divisions built by Lozier Group starting in the early 1980's and ending in 1994. In order to maximize appeal to potential buyers, Lozier established a Home Owners Association. The purpose of the Home Owners Association is to oversee the upkeep of the neighborhood. This includes both common areas, as well as ensuring that homeowners abide by the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions.

Summer Ridge Private Park

Summer Ridge has a private park located on NE 25th at approximately 235th NE. The park has a large gazebo, six swings, a toddler toy, a big toy, sports court including basketball hoop, and open spaces for soccer, baseball, etc. If you are a Summer Ridge homeowner interested in holding an event at the park, reservations must be made directly in TownSQ. Please note that this is a private park for the use of Summer Ridge residents and their guests only.

Note: For those of you wishing to use Summer Ridge Park for birthdays and family functions, we ask that you please police the area when your event concludes. Please take as much of your event trash and waste home with you as possible when you leave. The trash collection company comes on Thursday and one homeowner volunteers to haul the trash container to the curb each week. Often the container is heavy and filled to overflowing by the Thursday pickup. Thank you for your help as we work to keep Summer Ridge Park neat and clean.
